Terms of sale

This website is the property of Pablo Fuentes Pérez, with NIF 03454030M and tax address at Travesía Carbonero 4, 40441 Miguelañez (Segovia).

The present conditions of sale and contracting are intended to regulate the legal relationships that arise between the owner of the website and the users who register in it in order to purchase products through the website. Specifically, they determine the rights and obligations acquired by both parties as a result of the use of the website for the acquisition of the products offered on it. The contractual relationship of sale entails the delivery, in exchange for a certain price and publicly exposed through the website, of a specific product or service.

These conditions of sale and contracting have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law on Protection of Personal Data 15/1999, Law 34/2002 on services of the information society and electronic commerce, Law 1 / 2007 of November 16 for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, as well as any legal provisions that may be applicable.

2. Sales system 

The contracting procedure can only be carried out in the Spanish language. In the event that it could be carried out in another language, it will be indicated before starting the contracting procedure.

In accordance with what is required by art. 27 of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow the following steps: (as an example)

1.Access our product information using the menu tabs or sections of our website

2. Add the products you want to purchase to the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. You can, at any time, view the content of your shopping cart on the left side menu
3. Check your shopping cart. If the order is correct, click on "Checkout". If not, add or remove the corresponding products.
4. Indicate the delivery address of the order and billing. When done, click "Next."
5. Accept the general conditions of sale and choose the type of payment, you must choose between payment by transfer or payment with bank cards or paypal account
6. Check that all the details entered are correct and click on the payment button.

In any case, the provider's contracting platform will inform the client, once the contracting procedure is completed, via email regarding all the characteristics, price, forms of transport, contracting date and delivery estimate of the contracted product.

For any information about the order, the client will have the provider's customer service telephone number which is 606342247 or via email to the e-mail address info@iberanez.com. In any case, the order number that was assigned and indicated in the purchase confirmation email must be indicated in the subject of the message.

3. Product Prices

The prices indicated for each product include the Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable and in any case they will be expressed in the Euro currency (€). Said expenses, unless expressly indicated otherwise, do not include shipping, handling, wrapping, shipping insurance or any other additional services and attachments to the product purchased, which are detailed in the "Shipping costs" section and which must be accepted by the client at the time of order request through the corresponding form.

The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and applied automatically by the contracting process in the last phase of the same. The client assumes that in any case the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time. In any case, this will always be previously communicated to customers.

Any payment made to the provider will entail the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered customer. This invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the customer, as well as sent with the product purchased.            

4. Supported payment methods

You can pay with your bank card (credit or debit card). The payment on your bank card will be made at the conclusion of the sale contract.
Payment by credit card is totally safe. The entire transaction is carried out in an encrypted form through a bank validation server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocol, thus, the number of your credit card and the expiration date are instantly encrypted in your computer before being sent to the SSL protocol. No one may use your data without your authorization, since the information is illegible. For greater security, this data is not stored on our server, so you must communicate all the information with each new order.
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 

5. Form and delivery times.

The customer will take into account that the shipment of the articles depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area.

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the customer. In this way, the provider does not assume any responsibility for when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the data provided by the client being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, as is the absence of the recipient.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provider must adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant so that the delivery can be made in the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of the sender as well as the recipient, so it cannot claim any responsibility against the provider.

6. Return policy

The client will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to return it in accordance with the provisions of art. 71 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. Unless the return is made due to product defects, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

The client will not be entitled to a refund of the price of returned products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered or the requirements established in these General Conditions have not been met.
