They are animals raised in the pasture under the same feeding conditions as those with the black label, but their blood receives contributions from other breeds such as the "Duroc", although they are also high quality productions.
On the other hand, the green seal is for the Iberian ham of field bait and, in this case, the pig descends from a 100% Iberian mother and a 100 percent Iberian father or with a "Duroc" father, while it must have been raised in the field most of the year with the support of feed during the fattening season. .

Finally, the white seal is intended for Iberian bait ham and these must come from a 100% Iberian mother and a father with a variable percentage of crossing with Iberian, although, in this case, the pig has been raised and fed in intensive operations, on farms, without having grazed in the field.
